Your first 5 customer connections through Street Taskers are completely free. After 5 successful connections, you'll need a Starter or Pro plan to continue receiving new customers. Existing customers you've already connected with remain accessible.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paystack — Nigeria's leading payment gateway. We accept bank cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments. Annual plans include a 20% discount. Payment integration is in final testing.
Yes — cancel your subscription at any time from your tasker dashboard. You'll retain plan benefits until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no lock-in.
A connection is counted when a customer books you for the first time. Returning customers who book again do not use an additional connection slot — they're already connected to your profile.
Starter and Pro taskers are featured in the "Top Taskers" section on the Street Taskers homepage and at the top of search results in their category. Pro taskers get the #1 placement position. This dramatically increases visibility to new customers.
